Not exactly sure. When I used a 11mm 12 inch long sound and I inserted it all the way to my prostate my dick got hard really hard. It’s never been that hard ever. And it was thick. Seeing that I’ve never been that hard ever before, I couldn’t tell u if it was a change or not

I have ED and I have done sounding in order to “massage” my prostate. It does help improve EQ and libedo. I did it off and on for several years but never noticed that it did anything for my girth.
