Yes and our BPEL is pretty close too. I just didn’t want to change my sig just yet because I am competing in the month challenge that ends the 20th and I didn’t want to spoil the surprise. My routine is basically yours but I have never clamped…yet. I’m sure I will though. I find that length is coming quite easily for me with warm up about 5 min, do lots of a and v stretching, stretch the ligs a lot (altogether this probably lasts 10-15 min) then warm down. Then throw on my ADS that I have made. I definitely find that keeping the microtears healing in an extended state is key to making and continuing easy length gains. Sometimes I’ll jelq but rarely. I really need to start.

In my opinion, 6” girth is just too much on a woman that hasn’t had children. As far as length goes, I noticed sex really improve when I hit 7”. That’s the sweet spot for me. My goal is 8” because this will give me just a little more range of motion (in the hips).

I like the routine man. Look forward to hearing where you get by the 20th. Keep jelqing, its one of the best ways to promote micro-tears.

Yeah good point. I’m still learning how to use it. I’ve accidentally hurt her a few times. I haven’t seen your pictures but from your stats, you have a 1/2” more length than me. My wife is pretty thick in the rear, so she can handle the length from behind. But any other position I have to be careful. My problem is girth. I hope that some of my girth gains vanish when I’m done with PE.

Morning:
5 minute manual stretch under heat.
200 wet jelqs.
Home-maid extender at work 8hrs.

The stretch under heat just helps me have the best jelq session possible. The extender keeps the micro-tears separated. I know its working when I feel a slight soreness while extended throughout the day.

I would like to make an ADS extender. How did you make yours?

Its difficult to explain. But the idea was to make a sleeve that could hold me at my maximum stretch comfortable while being concealable in cloths.

1) 6” long x 1” wide foam rubber strip. (I ripped up the insulation from a soda can cooler). Attached Velcro to this piece and wrap it tightly under the head. Even though its tight, it expands enough to allow blood to flow.

2) 9” Diameter x 2” wide foam rubber ‘ring’. This goes around your dick and balls. The distance between the ring and strip should be about 2”-3”.

3) 5” long foam rubber sleeve/extender. This wraps around your dick in the 2”-3” space between the strip and ring. You will have to give your dick a good stretch to fit the sleeve.

I added a few other things for comfort. I takes about 3 minutes to put on.

Have you guys ever tried a cool-down while stretched? I don’t have much experience with stretching, as I’m pretty happy with me length, but I did notice that my flaccid seemed to hang longer when I followed this routine : Stretch for a while with warm water running over my dick; get a stretch that went beyond my normal flaccid; while stretched as far as I could get it, run cold water over it for about 30 seconds to one minute; keep it stretched till it warmed back up.

Admittedly, running cold water over your dick isn’t exactly the most pleasant experience in the world, but I think it just might work.

I’m stoked today. This afternoon I measured a 7.5 BPEL two days in a row. No workout since Tuesday either (only ADS). I know I said I would wait a few weeks,…but I’m ready to update my sig.

Well, Saturday will mark two weeks off for me. I’ll be starting back up This Sunday, hopefully two weeks will be enough time off. I measured two days ago and haven’t lost any length. I’m hopeful for some new gains. Seems like I was doing a long routine and 8-9 hours of extender wear every day with no gains for over a month. I’m missing doing it, but I can wait a few more days.

The two weeks off was not enough. Went back to working and wearing the andro-penis, and still no gains for a month. tomorrow will mark the end of three weeks off, going to go for another week. Hope that will be long enough. Haven’t lost anything sizewise. Looking forward to more PE and bigger gains.

Taz, you commented that when micro tears are held apart after a workout it’s good. Do you achieve this by a good warm down and some stretching?
