Yes and our BPEL is pretty close too. I just didn’t want to change my sig just yet because I am competing in the month challenge that ends the 20th and I didn’t want to spoil the surprise. My routine is basically yours but I have never clamped…yet. I’m sure I will though. I find that length is coming quite easily for me with warm up about 5 min, do lots of a and v stretching, stretch the ligs a lot (altogether this probably lasts 10-15 min) then warm down. Then throw on my ADS that I have made. I definitely find that keeping the microtears healing in an extended state is key to making and continuing easy length gains. Sometimes I’ll jelq but rarely. I really need to start.
