I have been trough some hard times in my life.
I remember when I was 18 that my penis measured 18 cms, now - age 22 - it measures 16 cm. Do you think that all the stress that I ‘ve been trough in the past 4 years has something to do with it?

And another question, when it’s “not hard” it becomes really small, is it a problem?

YOU BET - penises, like other parts of the body fall under the “use it or lose it” category - and MANY issues can create atmospheres and conditions that ultimately reduce sexual drive, and ultimately actual physical size. Even the normal reduced sexual activity of advancing years takes its toll on penis size, if efforts aren’t made to control it…

Like Mraverage said - if you don’t use it, you lose it. I don’t think that because it is small when flacid matters a great deal but when it is erect it should fall somewhere near the average size.

I guess a lot depends on your health, what activities you persue, (i.e. Sports) and diet.

If you are really concerned, I would recommend you see your local doctor and have a medical check up, (something every one should do periodically). If you pass “A1” then take up PE and follow the recommended instruction for starters. From someone who has only been on the program for 8 weeks I can recommend it, growth will come and I’m over 70years of age.

Here’s some simple advice. Start doing 100 kegals per day and do some light jelqing for 15 minutes each day.

See how you are doing in three weeks time. I bet you a buck you are at least back to your old measurement!!

If you don’t start the journey, you can’t get anywhere!!!

When I was 21 and in great shape and dogging everything with a skirt I measured about 7 inches when I started pe at 36 I measured 6.25. So it’s the truth use it or lose it!
