Does anyone have any advice about stretching? I started PE just jelqing and have recently tried to add some stretches, but I just don’t seem to get anything out of it. I also have trouble getting a good grip. Every time I think I get a good grip my head is purple after the stretch, which would leave me to believe my grip is too tight I have also seen a wide range in stretch times, from 10 sec to 1min. . I could do a search but if things are slow I would appreciate some feedback.

Stretching, like jelqing, takes some getting used too. Start easy and add a little more time and intensity each week. Grip your shaft, preferably on the sides, don’t stretch by pulling on your head. Make sure you do a good warm up first. If your grip is slipping, try some baby powder/talc powder, it works well. After you are at it a month or so, track down the instructions for the V-stretch, or post here and one of the vets will help you with it. Let us know how you are doing from time to time also.

Thanks, and I guess your right jelqing took a little getting use to aswell. Of course jelqing gives ya great visual motivator, atleast for me, after the first session. By the way I’m doing great and have been blown away by the progress so far. In fact my wife has accused me twice of pumpin’. Last night I finally tolld her what I was doing, which should definetly make this whole thing much easier.

That’s great. Having to make arrangements for secret jelq sessions does get to be a bit distracting. Stick with it, even if the gains seem hard to come by and in a year or two, you will look back and say that it was worth it.

Did you used to pump your cock? I take it the wife didn’t like the effect.

Yeah, I tried pumpin’ about 3-4yrs ago. I over pumped and surprised the wife which was not a good idea. I only pumped for about 1mo, the cheap pump it broke, and since the wife was not excited about it and I didn’t see any lasting results it was over before I really got started. Funny thing is the pump came with a workout plan that included a hot wrap, stretches, & milking exercise, I of course through that B.S. in the trash. If only I had known!
