When I finish stretching, my penis in it’s flaccid state is never longer than pre stretching, sometimes it’s even shorter. I don’t use much force, just enough to feel a pull from my fat pad. Should it not look longer after stretching?

A different question, how do you keep your penis in it’s post enlarged state, and how do you cool it down that way?

Try wearing an ADS, should increase your flaccid length.

My aim is not to really to increase flaccid length, but to find out why my penis is not longer after stretching. More often than not it’s shorter.

I think you may be pulling a little too hard and that is what is causing your penis to retract a bit after stretching. Pulling it so you just feel a light stretch is enough I think. You have been around for a while, how long have you noticed this after-effect? Have you gained anyway? Has it hurt your erection frequency or quality?

It has had no bad effects, but just that it retracts, which is rather odd. I also don’t stretch it too hard so that may not be the problem.

Well, everyone reacts differently to these exercises, so I guess as long as you are gaining and erections are strong, don’t worry about it. I am still trying to figure out why this bugs you if it has no ill-effects? Are you looking for a temporary increase in flaccid length for a specific situation?

No situation, I’d just like to see my penis has been stretched after stretching, kinda like the pumped feeling after weight lifting. I just thought it was expected to look longer after stretching.

I believe that is called turtling. You should put on an ADS after stretching so that it can heal in the extended state.

Yeah, “turtling” it is. Different people have different ideas about whether this is a bad thing (same thing with masturbation opinions), but many will do anything to prevent the “turtle effect”.

Myself, I like to put a “wrap” on to prevent turtling after any form of PE. (See ENHANCE YOUR PUMPED/UNPUMPED BULGE - THE VELCRO WRAP)

I’ve noticed that my penis gets smaller after wearing an ADS with a higher force. If I won’t stretch it that much, the flaccid gets bigger and even the BPEL. Next week I’ll try stretching with a very light force and see the results.

SparkyX mentions "temporary penis contraction after a PE workout" as a neutral PI in his thread Physiologic Indicators (PIs) to help growth!. I wouldn’t worry about it. A neutral PI means that it is neither good nor bad; just something to be noted and interpreted in the larger context of what is going on with you in terms of your PE results.


For Lampwick, becoming hung like a donkey was the result of a total commitment.

This happened to me a lot when I was a newbie. It was at this time however, that I gained the most. I think retraction is a response to the stress of the exercise, the body tries to protect itself. Whether it’s good or bad, you are causing a response, something is happening. I couldn’t do that now, maybe I’m too conditioned.

I do fowfers to keep it stretched out when I’m not PE’ing, you can also use wraps and ADS as mentioned.
