What actually happens when you stretch? I hear theories about the tunica expansion, its elasticity, but what about the dorsal veins, the arteries, the chambers, basically everything the shaft is composed of. What happens when stretching? Do all these things stretch?

I’m just trying to understand the anatomy of the penis better, so my PE efforts will be full of gains and not injuries.


The tissue is supposed to expand. Blood vessles and all. Think about burn victims who need skin grafts to repair their wounds. They sometimes get an implant underneath their skin to stretch everything out. Then that extra skin is harvested for the graft and used over the burn.

If stretching really did work like everything gets stretched longer then your dick would get skinnier in the process, it’s just common sense.

Actually, it is thiner while you stretch. It’s not thiner in the long run because the body does react to stress. Your muscles don’t become thiner because you stretch them, right?

Muscle tissue is different. You can’t make that comparison to the penile tissues.

Muscle tissue is blooded by veins and is connected to tendons, that are made of connective tissue pretty similar to tunica albuginea. Avoid repeating stereotyped sentences when it’s not the case, please.

You are talking about the concept of reshaping the penis, it’s a different story. The goal in PE is volumetric gains, an actual gain in mass, not simply reshaping the penis (that would be absurd in my opinion). There are several theories that explains how stretching alone can cause volumetric gains.
