Successful clampers, I need help

Being back here finally after a long break, I need to set a reasonable target for gaining one-half inch in GIRTH.

So, successful clampers, please give me an opinion as to:

1. How many minutes per day of clamped squeezes, in how many sets
2. How many months you thing it should take to hit the half-inch gain

I clamp at the base, then squeeze up and down the shaft to increase pressure.

2 No one can predict that, there are way to many things that play a factor.

Hey Dangle, I personally do 4X15’s, and I think 4-6 months would be a reasonable amount of time to expect a half-inch, though it could take longer.

I’ve given a bunch of clamping advice, look at some of my posts if you’d like any.

If you’re lucky, six to nine months. If not, it could well take a year or possibly even longer. I’ve often wondered why girth seems to go up slowly, and I think it has to do with the fact that you’re substantially increasing the volume of the penis as a whole (more so than with length). Anyway, I like Bird2’s advice - clamping for two sets of fifteen. It’s best to take it easy at first, and even so, less is often more.

What’ up dangleman? And don’t say your penis either. I do 3x15 and day with 2 days off and not necessarily one after another. I mix up my days off. I also double clamp which Drilla9 drilled me about. I have been back to PEing since December and I am just about or at .5 gain in girth gain. I haven’t measured since the beginning of September. September was my goal to reach .5, but I was just shy of .5 and for some reason when I start measuring, my dick gets stage fright and I can’t get that really stiff erection. My exercises are and not always in the same order except for the first one and the fifth with a 3 to five minute breaks in between, first one is my warm up.

1. Newbie Routine
2. 15 minute clamp with Wife stroking and squeezing (this is our new exercise)
3. 15 minute double clamp with Wife edging me.
4. 15 minute double clamp doing clamp pulls (Don’t do this if not conditioned)
5. 15 minute hot wrap.

I don’t recommend the clamp pulls to anybody here since it is such an intense exercise, but if you do clamp pull, you better make dam sure you are very well conditioned.

Everybodies gains are different. Mine started fast then slowed down quite a bit.

Thanks for the tips, guys. Yeah, I would say 9 months seems reasonable, if I can avoid an injury between now and then. Maybe 3 sets of 15 minutes. Hey TNTjockey, you going to let me borrow your wife for the edging part?
