From what I’ve read on here I thought PE was making cells larger(hypertrophy) not creating more cells(hyperplasia).

grower, we don’t know for sure- maybe all of the above!

I think eventually the body makes new cells. IMO this is what happens when you get permanent cemented gains. Traction devices claim to work by keeping the penis in an elongated state in order for the body to produce more cells.

It’s quite easy to list things which can be harmful to the body but sugars themselves are not harmful. It’s processed sugars such as sucrose that are digested too quickly that are bad.

This confused me for a while too and I used to believe people who said the sugars in fruits were harmful and too much sugar this, too much sugar that..

Then I find out the body breaks down every morsel of food into a simple sugar before it puts it to use and it has very little to do to fruit because it’s filled with the form of sugar your body requires for fuel and so on and so forth. I know it’s slightly off topic but I only discovered quite recently and it made me realise just how much crap we repeat because we heard it from somewhere and just take it for granted as truth.

Now I simply chuckle when people tell me the sugar in fruits are bad for you.
