Suggestion for a new forum: Breaking The Plateau

Just an idea that a forum dealing with breaking a plateau might help me, and others like myself. Subjects could be anything from what has worked for others, to giving advice.

This could be a worthwhile idea. However, for now, there is a lot of info on breaking plateaus already available. If you haven’t tried the search function, give it a whirl. I’m sure that you will get a lot of good ideas including “shock routines”.
