Really I’m only flirting with the idea. My reasoning was that it would save me a lot of time (no more hour-long routines on a daily basis. My commitment to consistent PE routines has been waning, as a lot of time is required, and my sex life tends to interfere with the routines! Hence, I take days off, days turn into weeks, etc.
I have great difficulty hanging, which is a shame because I could work with this. Manual routines are good for a while, but the constant lymph fluid buildup affects my routine and my unit! Following the rubber band theory, length is what I should be targeting first, however this is difficult when my hands are the only tools I can use.
