Man it’s been nearly a year of me doing PE and reading peoples posts saying they have gained an inch in a week while I kind of gained nothing.

FINALLY! GAINS! Not much like the rest of you but who cares, I can’t bitch it’s something.

I have gained 0.4375 in length, and I know for a year that might seem like nothing and some of you will laugh but I’m excited.

I’m surprised I didn’t just throw in the towel but I’m glad I didn’t, now I just need to keep it up and hope for more length and mostly more girth.

Well I’d like the thank the Thunder’s Place community for existing and the support.

The thread about a guy gaining after two years of nothing was a big inspiration for me and if you still check this site I want to thank you to you as well.

I also make this thread in hopes it inspires some other fellow hard gainer to keep going.

Alright! Enough of this, lets get back to jelqing guys.

Congratulations!!! That’s great news! It’s worth it, don’t you think? It’s hard to stay with PE without seeing immediate gains and a year is a long time. I’m impressed.

Hey man yeah. almost half an inch is GREAT. I don’t think I’ve ever done that (there’s been some confusion with my original measurements, some days i look down and think “damn, i have a hot big cock”). Anyways be proud dude.

This has probably been asked many times before, but I couldn’t find any info on it.

Once you stop with PE, will the gains last? Are there experiences?

I too am a hard gainer, but there is no chance of quitting! It just means we have to work extra, but we’ll get there.

What was it that turned the table for you? What’s your current routine?

I can’t tell you exactly what it was but I’ll tell you exactly what I did. Did the newbie routine for 3 months when I started April 06.

After that my routine is basically some two handed stretching in the the shower and maybe later in the night. Then I’d do at least 30 minutes of jelqing and try to do 2 or 3 sets of 10 min clamping or substitute Horse 440s for clamping.

The hardest thing for me was to leave my dick alone after all that and not just release my self I think. I measured every month on the same day from April 06 to December 06.

I saw a little change in length but it was so small I think it was due to just harder erections or maybe bad measuring, I can’t be 100% sure. So I never really gave it any thought.

So after December 06 I stopped measuring which was extremely hard but once I managed to do it I kind of forgot about measuring.

So I did not measure on January 07 and February 07.

I could still look at my dick and tell that nothing was “changing” and I recall reading threads about breaks and one guy saying his dick grew during the break.

So I said “what the hell I’ll try it” and took a break on March 07 for about 3 weeks to maybe 4, even though not PEing was really harder than I thought it would be.

Then come April 07 I started up PE again and did not measure that month, also I couldn’t really PE like I wanted to or had been in the past.

Mostly due to finals and mass amounts of projects my professors decided it would be fun to throw us.

Then come May 07 I’m still PEing and the day I created this thread or the day before I decided to measure even though I didn’t think anything would come of it. And that’s the story.

No girth yet sadly. Girth is kind of what I need the most but I can’t complain. When it comes to Horse 440s and clamping I’m always a bit on the safe side and try not to over do anything.

I’ve been injury free so far so I’m trying my best to keep it that way. But you might be right if I upped the intensity maybe I would get some more gains.

Thought I’d dig this thread up and give an update. So it turns out as of now I gained some more and am currently NBPEL 7.5 and BPEL 8.

So from May when I got my other gains I kind of just picked up where I left doing my light stretching in the shower, jelqing then clamping and if I don’t explode before hand try to squeeze some horse440s in there. (Explode as in ejaculate, don’t worry my dick isn’t in shambles yet.)

Then came mid July and August, with time constraints and just not caring about PE I flat out stopped. Then basically I measured late August and got these new measurements but as the critic I am I have to check several more times throughout a few weeks to make sure they are real. Turns out they are, at least for now.

So the trend seems to be for me do PE, take what some call a decon break not on purpose and later discovering gains. So if anyone was like me going a year straight with no gains or more I suggest taking a break for a month because it seems to be working for me for the time being.

Ironically my girth hasn’t really gone up at all which I can’t understand since I do mainly girth exercises. So I was wondering if there is anyone who was in my position of doing girth focused jelqing, clamping and horse440 and haven’t made any gains from it until later down the line. Was there some magical moment where perhaps you did something differently and made girth gains? I feel like I’m trying to figure out a riddle and I’m too stupid to get it so anyones input would be appreciated.
