In the PE Statistics/PE Data for this forum (where everyone can input their gains and people can click on their profile name and then PE statistics) when you input girth, it tells you your width. There is some type of formula they have come up with for the average penis. Roughly (*your girth* x 0.31824). But as you can see from some posts (and myself included) it’s pretty inaccurate. Because penis’s come in very different shapes and sizes. My width is 2 inches and girth 5.9. It says my width should be 1.87 inches. For Mr Bidnez he is 2 inches wide, 4.875 girth and it would say he is 1.55. I don’t know how they came up with the formula but I assume there was some type of research involved. For the average unit it’s probably pretty close. For those that have lots of width the CS is lacking, but it’s very hard to find accounts of people who have made it larger by isolating it.

You don’t necessarily need a big CS to have big girth in both directions. CC’s which are equally as big in both directions would be just as good.

I think a big CS is pretty uncommon actually.

My CS is the only thing that seems to be growing latley, it’s bulging near the base. It’s interesting someone mentioned the width calculations in the PE stats data base. According to the formula mine comes out at 1.3 inches with my 4.3 MSEG, however I’m a shade over 1.5 inches wide mid shaft.

I’m concerning about CS too. So I decided to increase it by this kind of exercise:

First of all, I do some kegels or couple of jerking moves to get a semierection

then I grab a grab a M. bulbocavernosus (see pic) by index and thumb AND press CS under the glans by other hand’s finger not to allow blood go to the glans during exercise

So you have the blood blocked in CS. Now you start moving your fingers on Muscle bulbo up to the glans increasing presure in CS. Then do a kegel, again graab Muscle bulbo to lock the blood and repeat
Or opposite, go down from glans

Good point - I had forgotten about that. The PE data facility seems to assume a perfect cylinder shape, though, so I can’t really garner any information from it.

Well of course a high CC would be ideal and probably better than a big CS. Since I have not seen any gain in my CCs in my months clamping and man months jelqing (high erection) and doing girth work, I assumed it would be easier to target the CS. If you know of any routines that can help increase the height of the CC please do tell.

It seems that that’s the only real expansion I get… cc height. Clamping, uli’s, whatever, that’s all it does for me. I’d rather get some width actually.
