This may sound a little wierd & I’m not quite a newbie to PE.
I am wondering what is the best technique to erection/semi hardon while jelqing/squeezing?

For me I’ve found there’s a difference in quality of erection (engorgement) if the “trigger” is mental stimulation (porn) rather than physical (stroking). The erection is retained longer & the head baloons on squeezing, when the trigger is porn. After the hardon subsides I slap it against the thigh (coupled with porn) to get it erect again. But when the member is exhausted this doesn’t work anymore. I gotta stroke it to semi erection with kegels & I continue the jelqing/squeezing routine.

I’m wondering which of the 2 above erection techniques gives better results? How do you guys maintain erections (stroking or porn)? If porn is a better ingredient to PE, then it might be wiser to cut down a single session to say 1 hr and do it more number of days per week? Appreciate the feedback…

If you wanna rock out to a PE session, then go for it! Personally, I prefer manual methods to stay fluffy during my jelqing. The difference in erections between porn and manual stimulation? Porn would be quick, fast erections, with a large buildup of sexual energy, causing a battle in your mind to either wack it or work it. But stroking would cut back on the sexual energy, while providing enough blood to work with, but still stay focused. Or maybe I’m just talking out of my ass.`:-) As far as how much someone gains from either watching porn or stroking while PE’ing? I don’t know. I just do what’s comfortable for me. Rock on. :)

Ah, thought you did that almost every day.

Seems to be very individual, what works for people, some seem to gain more from a few supersessions, or even short sessions, a week. Other gain from jelqing every day, for shorter or longer periods of time.

I think concentration is the key to really get the most out of it, not just go through the motion, but really move that blood and expanding the cc for real. I´m usally happy when I get a larger reading that my normal erect lenght, then I know I have done a good workout.
