Hi guys,

I just read a thread about the TGC Theory and it said we should focus on the smooth muscle or the tunica.

Has anyone had no gains and read this thread and changed up their routine to then get gains?

If so can you post your experience.

Obafemi tried TGC theory. Read his posts and maybe this could help You.

Obviously, the method is to try it by yourself. It will be the best method to try if it works for You.
Maybe Remek or Iguana will help You in getting new TGC- oriented routine.

After measuring again i am 6.5” BPEL and 6.5” BPFSL. So I fall between the 0.5” difference, meaning it may be my tunica as I feel I have 8-10 erections.

I do not have a EQ problem as Obafemi states and is focusing mainly on girth exercises. I think I need to focus on length exercises more and less with girth.

I work a lot and figured that my morning erections and gains were suffering because of my odd schedule. I thought about doing a lighter routine until I could recuperate but, based on the theory, I increased my jelqs from 10 minutes to 20 minutes and my morning erections returned immediately. It’s only been about four days, but I believe TGC Theory has some value.
