The funny thing is that I didn’t use any “method” at all, I didn’t even start to learn all the great techniques for delaying ejaculation and dry orgasms etc., which you can read about in the Men’s Sexual Health Forum (Do check this if you haven’t already).
But still, the time that I’m able to hold before ejaculating and my ability to delay when I feel I’m going to ejaculate, have increased dramatically in the last year.
I can never know for sure, because so many parameters are involved, but my feeling is that there’s three reasons that contribute to this change:
1. Doing PE on a regular made me get used to lots of stimulation on my dick. Jelquing, squeezing etc. for long periods of time without ejaculating, effects your reaction to stimuli after you do it for a while.
2. While PEing I sometimes come close to ejaculating and then I (usually) stop just before. This also made me used to reaching high without going all the way (though I did try some exercises like this before PE, and they didn’t help much back then).
3. I still use Viagra when I have sex, and this also has some delaying effect. Saying this, I did have sex without Viagra a couple of weeks ago and I also lasted long without it.
The wonderful thing about this is that I don’t take longer because I feel less (which I guess is what some of the delaying sprays out there do, make you semi-numb), I actually feel *alot* more! I enjoy every second and every millimeter, but still, this enjoyment doesn’t make me come so fast like I used to.
