I would just like to thank Bib, RB, DLD and others who have been vocalizing the importance of LOT theory in length gains. I was stuck with pathetic growth for the past few months, but since utilizing the new LOT based methods, I have gained almost a full quarter inch in the PAST WEEK!

I just hope I can maintain this inspirational pace.
