YUPE!!!! Dry Jelqing rules. I will prolly NEVER wet Jelq again. I pump up about 5/8 to 3/4” with these and DLD bends!!!!! YAHOO!!!!!!!! 30 min is all i need.

I spent about 45 minutes today and I love it. I still will continue Wet-jelqs but I am definetly adding Dry-Jelqs to my workout.

Hey RB, DLD, and other dry jelqers, I have a question for you guys:

When you do your dry jelq are you wrapping your thumb and finger all the way around your shaft similar to a normal wet jelq or are you doing “top and bottom” and/or “right and left side only” movements?

I’ve been doing dry jelq for a few weeks (using all of the above methods) but havn’t been getting as much “pump” as with wet jelq. I’ve been attributing it to less blood being pushed into the veins than with wet jelq but I want to do the exercise the same way you guys are doing it since what you’re doing seems to be very affective.

If my question doesn’t make any sense please let me know.

It makes alot of sense to me because I am a newbie dry-jelqer:D I did a routine that looked like this: Get 90% erect, kegel as much blood into my penis as I could. Starting at the extreme base I slowly milked the blood right below my glans using a tight OK grip. Each stroke would take 10 seconds. After I would do 3 or 4 of these I would super-set a Bend for 30 seconds and a squeeze for 30 seconds. I did not really count reps. I just kept going for 45 minutes.

Thanks for the reply DLD. I’ve been trying your erect bend exercise for the last few weeks as well and I really like it. I have this reoccuring swollen vein problem right below my glands that gets irritated when I do too many extreme uli type exercises and I am really trying to focus on getting some erect girth gains. The erect bends seem like a great way to work on girth without upsetting the vein too much.

I have another question for you if you don’t mind. If I understand correctly there are two different ways to do erect bends. One way is to get an erection, hold one hand at the base, the other just below the glands, and bend in one direction and hold. Another method that I believe you invented is the “rolling motion” as shown in Gandolf’s excellent “DLD Bend” video.

Do you recommend one method over the other? Which do you prefer? I’ve done as much reading as I can regarding these bends but I’m fascinated by them and am very interested in your opinion. Since performing the bends I have felt a (non painful) soreness that I haven’t felt before and I’m hoping these will be the key to getting the erect girth gains I’ve been looking for.

I find that I get hard ALOT quicker with dry jelqs. With wet jelqs I can keep about a 50-70% hard-on no problem, but dry jelqs I’m almost completely hard after 50 strokes.

Anybody have any suggestions on how to counter this?

I love the rolling type DLD Bend, as in Gandolf’s for Super-sets. But when I do have the time or the energy these days, I will do the standard bends. They are completely different exercises. DLD Bends target girth along the rolling path. Standard Erect bends target base girth.

I am not too sure about this being new to dry jelqs. RB or Phat9 would be better to answer. I personally thought they were supposed to be done close to erect. This is how I did them today, at maybe 90%. I may be wrong.

When you do the standard bend, is your dick bending at the base or are you making an arch out of it (which would seem to bend pretty much the whole thing with emphases on the middle)?

With a standard Bend as I perform them it is more of taking my erection pushing it against my leg in a seated postions. Once it is against my leg I slightly turn the erection at the base to feel a gentle stretch at the base.
