the expaintion just under the head

i have just started pe been jelq about a week there is an expansion just under the head of my penis i was wondering is this the signs of some growth starting. It is not a soft donut it looks like one of the capillarities is expanding I hope.

I guess i am one of the lucky ones i am starting with 8”x6” how big could I get if i am Lucky.

If you had 8” for 25 years it just does not look that big to you.
