The incredible resistance of the public to believe in PE

Same on Russian internet!

Sometimes I feel like I’m only fighter on this battlefield.

Wow.

Thanks for the kind words. Two things really sparked my de-lurking over there.

1) I hate seeing anyone whine about something they can take control of. This also falls under the, “I hate victims” category.

2) There was a show, Latenight with Dr. Sue or something like that, where a caller called in. She said she wasn’t happy with her boyfriend’s size and she was wondering how to tell him. You should’ve seen Dr. Sue’s face! Her first words were something like, “Don’t you dare tell him you’re unhappy with something he can’t change!” That’s always struck a nerve with me.

iVillage isn’t the first place I’ve mentioned Thunder’s in another forum. I have yet to see one person turn up here.

If girth is king, why the hell does everyone keep talking about length?

I’d rather not go around openly telling people about PE. My line of thinking is, if someone truly wants to do something bad enough for their lack of size, they’ll search for ways to change it.

Guys that find out about PE on their own are more likely to stick with it and appreciate it more, than someone that was told about PE.

Though there are many successes here at Thunder’s, we still read about a few who are frustrated at gaining. Wouldn’t it be a great breakthrough if some brilliant soul could distill all the information contained at Thunder’s into the perfect formula that improved the results for everyone? I.E., high LOT — do this, low LOT — do that; apply heat, apply ice; more rest, less rest; etc. Or, are these are the dreams of a newbie?

Hi Vegas,

Thanks for your gracious input - ‘Dreams of a Newbie?’ - well, maybe not just dreams. There are a lot of very sharp people here that think as much ‘out of the box’ as they think about boxes (pun intended)!

Anyway, there’s already a lot of organization of info on the Forum like published guides on Hanging, Pumping, Manual Stretching, and so forth including really great video tutorials. This sets the stage for many, many people to have success in a shorter period of time and with much less risk of injury.

Individuals adapt - So, as the little subtle things emerge, they will have a bigger and bigger impact because a growing body of knowledgable people will grasp their inferences and, ulimately, the group (or a few individuals) will synthesize what you suggest in your post. At least, that is my expectation.

The knowledge base of an open community grows geometrically, not arithmetically with its growth in active members. As we all benefit, we all share in the responsibility of sharing insights even if they appear obtuse sometimes at first glance. You never know when you’ll trip over a Rosetta Stone (JMHO).

All the Best,

MrTiPS

You are very welcome Mr. Tips.

To further the discussion on the topic at hand, I personally have restrained myself from talking to others about PE. I don’t think our friends are quite ready to deal with the whole truth when asking as a conversation starter if there is anything new in my life.

Knowing myself, I am sure I will tell a few select people after I have achieved some real gains, like an inch or so. At least they could not dispute whether it works or not. To go from 6” to 7” with increased girth is more than they could attribute to a measurement error.

It would be interesting to see a new vote thread on how many of us members have told others about PE and shared their experience with them. I would do it but I am new and don’t know how to set up the vote thing.

Move a little closer, Honey.

I've got a big prick for you.

I’ve been PE’ing like mad for the last couple of months. It’s the biggest, newest thing in my life. Yet, when people ask me what’s new, it’s like, “you know, nothing much.”

Reminds me of a buddy I used to share an office with. He was very nice, but always seemed really boring and never talked about himself. Recently, after being out of touch for some time, I found out he was now a she and had had a sex change. He wasn’t boring at all; he just wasn’t talkin’.

It is definately a strange dichotomy in the world of PE. On the one hand we have discovered a life-enhancing, indeed; life-changing practice that should make us want to shout from the hill tops. Yet, on the other hand its almost as we’ve found the ultimate treasure and those of us lucky enough to find it want to hoard it all for ourselves.

I like many others was skeptical of PE. With slick promotions promising ridiculous gains for minimal effort, most pay PE websites and advertisements just further perpetuate the stereotype that PE is bogus. Who the hell can gain 3 inches in as many weeks?!!! And, sadly the majority of the public seems to believe whatever they are told and take everything they hear at face value…”There is absolutely no way to enlarge your penis without the use of surgery.”

Well thankfully that line is bullshit. When it comes down to it, all one must have is knowledge, motivation and dedication. I consider Thunders and its many memebers THE source for PE knowledege and everyone hear striving to make gains is certainly motivated and dediated. I am truly Grateful to Thunder and the many longtime members of this place. They had the courage to start a revolution, open eyes and truly make the “impossible”…..possible!

As far as spreading the word myself, best friends, Family and those who are really suffering because of their size will here about this wonderful world of PE. For the rest of those who so easily dismiss PE…they don’t really deserve to know the truth.

PE? what’s that?

I must be one of the biggest sceptics around. Have tried PE (pumping) some 12 years ago as a result of a nasty comment but soon gave it away a few months later with no results to show. Wife then threw out my pump. More recently, I stumbled across this forum and was pleasantly surprised by the calibre of the guys here and the help that is so readily given.

Now that I have had some marginal gains, I too am a convert and don’t care if anyone else outside here believes me or not. Good things only come to those who help themselves and if determined enough will also find a place like this one.

I found this place from a link from, I think, penissizelinks. I wasn’t even interested in PE, I was just curious. After my divorce two years ago I decided to make this a hobby in my spare time and came back. If it weren’t for that casual link I would’ve never found this place.

In my opinion, information is always a source for empowerment. I’m not greedy when it comes to information that could help someone.

muttley,

I’ve noticed a female poster named Tish at Ivillage that posts regularly. She seems nice and likable, except her posts are so pc I always know what she is going to say about any topic. Another regular female poster there, who’s handle I don’t recall at the moment, posts about her husband’s above average dick and how much she loves it when the size question comes up. She’s starting to get the smackdown by pc patrol, but she’s standing up for herself by saying she has as much a right to an opinion as anyone.

OMFG! PEing DOESNT WORK!!! DONT TRY IT!!! IT WONT WORK !!! YOU’LL ONLY GET HURT OR SOMETHING!!! PLEASE!!! IF YOU READ THIS JUST LEAVE AND BE HAPPY WITH YOUR UNIT!! OK?? :D

so, that’s our final statement about it, remember? :D

I have only told one person, my brother. Even that felt awkward, but I did it because I felt he should know, because of how great it’s been for me.

There is the aspect of hoarding sort of, I could have told others, but I didn’t feel they were worthy based on their attitudes etc. then also I don’t know how they would react, would I be ridiculed? Because it’s so taboo it’s not easy to mention to people.

Very likely. It’s going to go along these lines. They will laugh, then they will go home and measure it, then they will pull, then they will get bored and forget about it, but they will still remember your story though - the story of a guy who pulls his dick. (I am not talking about really trusted people here).

I think the men who really want a bigger penis, will find ways to get there themselves.

I think I know which thread you’re talking about, but can you post a link here?

Even though her preference may be larger than I am, I still think it’s a good thing for women to speak up about their preferences rather than saying it doesn’t matter. I may be wrong, but it seems like the younger women now are starting to come clean about this issue. I don’t post at Suicide Girls (long story), but they’re a younger, more outspoken crowd of women. Unfortunately, they seem to have a proclivity for straying off-topic.

Here’s a recent thread where cl-issytish (Tish), and x christy la both participate. Christy speaks her mind in threads about loving her SO’s above average size. Tish’s thoughts on topics always look pc to me, but to her credit she does state people have different preferences. I recall one thread I read there a while back, but have no idea when it was dated, where women were saying they pick average and knows how to use it over big who don’t know how to use it. Christy spoke out saying her SO is big and knows how to use it and therefore she thinks she has the “best of both worlds”, if I recall correctly her wording. Not certain, but I believe her statement, that a big guy can also know what he is doing and therefore be great, was ignored in following posts.

This thread is about why women are attracted to bad boys. It’s a long thread, but it is interesting. I’ve noticed all my life how bad boys do tend to grab the attention of many women, so spotting this thread was of special interest to me. Tish and Christy post a few times each in this thread. Christy gets shot at by a poster early on for mentioning her endowed SO again.
