The best piece of advice I have heard yet was some guy who said to measure your stretch size everyday. You know, it’s just a tiny little increase every couple of days, but it’s definitely increasing. Sometimes it takes a week, but that new 1/16 inch shows on the ruler and it pumps me for another week. It’s damn slow though. Glad to hear your story, it’s helpful to put things in realistic terms.
