Bigger I think you will seee girth gains as long as you see increased girth after your sessions, and you get adequate rest.

I’m working mainly on girth now too, bought myself an Air clamp a while ago and it is really sweet. Very easy to handle and good control over pressure. Recommended.

Take a piece of play dough. Mold a cylinder. Now place it on the table. Place your hand upon it, and move your hand forwards and backwards, rolling it. Apply light pressure. The cylinder will become thinner and longer.

This’ll give you some perspective on just how much volume comes from girth.

Panthro, that’s a great chart! Like so many charts and polls here, though, it leaves out those on the low end (< 4” on either dimension) and extends way past huge into impossible territory (12x8). Do you think you could repost with smaller numbers included alongside the monstrous ones?

Occassionally I’ll add in some jelq squeezes between pumping sets but Ive never done those solely. I believe Ive tried Ulis and horse squeezes but honestly with so many different techniques out there and so much to read I couldnt describe the differences in each exercise to you now w/o reading about them again. Ive done the one where you place an ok grip around your unit. Then you add your middle finger, then ring finger, then pinky, until your whole hand is squeezing your unit. Dont remember the names for all these but I never stuck with any of them long enough to see if they worked or not, especially since I knew pumping was giving me awesome gains, just not girth gains.

I don’t know what that is called but I like to squeeze each finger going up the shaft a bit.
But what I’m going to do when I have my next ballooning session on Thursday is wrap both hands around my cock and squeeze the fingers all the way up. Then move the upper hand to the part of my penis that rises above both grips and squeeze. I think this might cause some growth. And a good distraction from reaching the point of no return. Whom, except I don’t have points of no returns anymore.

Perhaps you should try this to, It could be called the 8 finger squeeze.
