Did you notice my signature, well that means that I started out with a 3.00” fluid and now I am at 5.375 flaccid length and someday I’ll get past 6.00” flaccid. My total abjecting is to get to an
EL of 9.00” and EG of 6.500” by Christmas 2006.

My routine starts out using my ADS of 2.00 lbs for 3-4 hrs, then a period of manual stretching, then into wet jelqing for 600 reps, dry jelqing for 400 reps, this I do for 30 minute period. The trick is to do all your jelqing slow and steady. By this time you should have a good stiff hard on. This is when I start clamping with one at the base and one mid shaft. I spend 15-20 minutes on this exercise.

I mostly do my hanging at night after six o’clock.

Hanging- I start with 3-4, 20 min sessions with 10 lbs on the hanger and in between each session I wet jelq for 5 minutes. After this I graduate to 15 lbs with only 3-4, 10 minute sessions, with wet jelq in between. Finally I end with 20 lbs of 3 sets, 5-8 minutes sessions, with jelq in between an finish off with some more manual stretches. This is my basic workout, I stick with 5 days on, 2 days off, but I very the days each week so its not a the same each week.

I hope that this will give you some idea of my workout an the gains that I have received over the last 5 months. Not all routine work for each one, this works for me.

WOW, this is an inspirational thread. I thought there were only a few people to get to the 2” club, but now it looks even more promising. I am finally devoted and going to stick with PE. I just hope I gain something within a few months. I’m “that guy” that always gets the shit end of the stick, always gets the shaft, the reason for Murphy’s law. With my luck I will be an extremely hard gainer, but with inspiration like this I think I will push through until I get what I came here for. Thanks everyone.

I wonder what the equivalent would be in flaccid gain. In other words, comparatively speaking in terms of difficulty and rarity, how much flaccid length increase would be needed to match the 2” erect length increase achievement? Flaccid gains often come easier, so I don’t think a 2” flaccid increase is anywhere close in level of difficulty. Maybe a 3” flaccid gain. Or would a 4” flaccid gain be needed?

2 years gained 2.5 inchs in lenght 1 inch in girth.

Started out at 5.6 BPEL & 6.0 EG in June, 2005.

Now I’m 8x6 as of 11th of Dec this year,
Total length gain, 2.4 inches, no girth gain in seven months. WAHOO!!!

Maybe if I reach 9 inches BPEL, I’ll be happy with length, and I’ll correct girth then. (6.5” perhaps)

Thats good length gains, and you only hang for 30 minutes when you feel like? what would happen if you put some dedication into it?

Dam it’s really encouraging to see how many big gainers we have and yes to you newbies 2 inches is considered a big gain. Four inch gains are one in a million and usually just bull dinkies

9kg, I guess thats 19 pounds?? ( dunno about conversion)
Oh, and its all down to hanging. Thinking of going into ADS, since the SO position hasn’t given me much excitement like the BTC has.
When I used to do the BTC position, I’d measure and see a bit of a gain, but I’ve spent a lot more time hanging since reaching 8 inches ( simply due to enthusiasm) in past 2 weeks and I have yet to see any length change post workout.
So I’m dissapointed really :(

Hmmm… I’m in the 2…00% club. Heh… Not quite to 2 inches erect length gain, just a tad under. I had it for a bit, but it went away. I’ve had a good girth gain though, which would qualify me. I wonder, who has the biggest dick on this forum?

started PE in the 80’s. Probably 1989 I suppose. I gained from 7.75 to 9. I have kept it over the years then got divorced then after being single 3 years I lost about .25”. Quickly regained from doing the stretches on this site and my normal daily jelqs in the shower. My goal is .25” length which would put me in the 2” club.
