Thickening of skin on shaft.

So I have a little problem and I want to know if this is anything serious.

Lately, the skin on the right side of my shaft has become considerably thicker and swollen the the skin on the left. It has made PE a little bit difficult as it can get pretty sore

When I pinch both sides of the skin, the right is considerably more “meaty”. I’m attributing it to fluid build up. Should I stop PE until it clears up or is it something common?

Not sure. I’d err on the side of caution and take a break, you can tell yourself you’re ‘deconditioning’, will make you feel better.
