Thinking about using NBP instead of BP

When I use BP I measure 7.75” when I’m COMPLETELY erect. But, when I use NBP, I only measure 6.75” (which is odd being that my body fat is pretty low). Anyway, while I do believe that I can push some of that extra inch into my gf, I don’t think it’s much and I sure as hell don’t think I can get that entire extra inch in there. Maybe 1/4”, but that’s probably it. So, I was thinking of sticking with “reality” and just going with NBP. Any thoughts?

Measure both. BP first as it for your records going down as gain or no gain. NBP for your personal satisfaction.

Depends on why you are measuring.

If doing so to find out how long your unit is in real world terms I would, (and do), use NBP.

For PE purposes and tracking gains use BP.

The only downside to using NBP, is that it can fluctuate so much. Plus, you definitely can lose quite a lot of your fat pad, but that isn’t really gaining length as far as PE is concerned.

But it does mean gaining usable erection length.

Don’t knock losing the fat pad; that’s a good thing all the way around. You look better. Likely feel better about yourself and, not least, can show off to greater effect.

Definitely not knocking the fat pad, it just isn’t as related to PE, as a BP increase is.

I measure both, but always take my nbp measurement more seriously. Everyone says nbp can fluctuate too much from body weight changes but I haven’t found that to be true. In fact, My nbp is very consistent, and my bp can vary depending on how hard I push or what kind of ruler I use and how much it can sink in.

Of course I want a measurement in real world terms. Those are the only terms that matter on a subject like this. It’s settled, then. NBP from now on. Then my new stats are: 6.75” NBP going on 7”. Once I hit that 7” mark, it will make a world of difference.

BP determines if a NBP gain is caused by actual PE gains or fat pad fluctuation, two completely different things. This knowledge can be very valuable if you want to track what exercises/routines causes PE gains for you, and why wouldn’t you, it can only help your PE progress. We all already now how to reduce the fat pad but PE gains can be much more elusive. I would measure both BP and NBP, it’s not that much work really, especially if you only measure once a month or so like me! :)

But I can definitely understand if you have a more laid back approach and have no intention to rush things.

I think some people get over-zealous with the BP measurements and push till they bleed; I push a bit into the skin, but not so much that I’m measuring my lower intestine along with my dick.

My weight goes up and down by 10-15 pounds throughout the year depending on my schedule and how much time I have for exercise so the only measurement that doesn’t change is BP.

Too much:) that’s the spot I seem to gain weight. I’m a big muscular guy so I can hold my weight well it sort of spreads out but that seems to be it’s favorite area. I hardly measure and I hardly ever measure NBP I can just tell when I’m PE’ing if I’m thiner it looks a lot bigger:) . I had recently lost 30 pounds and it never looked bigger, I have put back on 7 and I’m starting to notice already that it doesn’t seem as big.
