You’ve all heard that expression, but seriously…

Got done with a wicked session of PE tonight and I experienced something I never did before… after I was done (and a little bit towards the end) I noticed I had built up a fat ass doughnut, right below the glans. Puffy and a little scary. Not painful. This is fluid buildup, right? Nothing to be too concerned with? For the record, I felt tonight’s session was really productive. Should I use more lube next time? Do you think that has anything to do with it?

Prickle, I usually get this daily with my session, I noticed that when I dry jelque with a 90% erection, and kengel when midway down the shaft to drive in more blood and squeeze jelque holding to a count of 40, I get the doughnut in about 20 minutes.

Well… I woke up just now and this doughnut is still there, although it has subsided somewhat. If it is not completely gone by tonight, should I PE again? I don’t want to aggrivate the condition, but I don’t want to notwork out, either. Would stretching out a little bit help it?

What do you think caused it? Not enough lubrication? Too much “drag” on the skin? I’m gonna read up on the doughnut effect in the meantime, but in your opinion, is this effect harmful at all?

Oh by the way, it has definitely subsided, yet it’s not fully gone. Still a bit puffy. Never experienced this before.

If you haven’t already you might check the area that the donut appeared to see if you don’t have a small thrombosis that you overlooked.

I too get doughnuts every time I do girth workout. They go away in an hour or less if I slide the foreskin over them until they are completely covered. If I don’t do this, it takes more than a day until they’re gone.

It’s only bad if you don’t like having a doughnut. It’s not dangerous. Avoid whatever stress you exerted on that area for a while and it will go away.

i get these doughnuts everytime i exercise too, it usually starts forming after about 25-30min of jelqing and tends to go away 25-45min after..though after i usually get an erection and lightly masturbate for until it kinda evens out, not reaching an orgasm btw..so i kind of work on my endurance at the same time.

Prickle,

Compression definitely does work to accelerate the reduction of the donut effect. Try stretching out your dick with one hand, while gently massaging and compressing the donut area using an ok grip with the other hand.
