To ADS or not to ADS
That is the question.
On one hand we have a lot of people who use them, swear by them and recommend them and feel that gains will not come without one.
On the other hand we have those who do the same as the ADS wearers but don’t ADS much if any at all/ever.
From what I read both have gained, the question is if you could save time and discomfort each day not using an ADS PE would be more enjoyable, yes? Even the makers of ADS here would agree I think.
My thoughts:
The idea of keeping the micro tears apart so that new tissue can grow in the gaps make sense, to me at least, but what if the truth is like muscle building, once the fibres have been damaged under control the body knows where the new tissue needs to go and makes new/bigger fibres, resulting in lengthened/thickened muscle/penis? We don’t keep our biceps in the pumped state, or tensed or stretched? Maybe we just need to train to the point we tell the body to adapt and leave it to heal, just like building muscles. P.s. I know its not a muscle, but what if that’s how the body repairs damage, full stop. (period for the Americans)
I know after surgery where the suspensory ligament is cut an extender/traction device needs to be worn so that the ligament doesn’t heal in the same way as before if not shorter, but does that apply to micro tears of the penis, caused by stretches, hanging or any other length device?
Think about it, the ligaments don’t stretch and stretch and stretch allowing the inner penis to come out, you only have to look at the penis anatomy to see that doesn’t happen (IMO some small gains are possible from targeting the suspensory ligaments, like the surgery results). (I fully recommend looking at the anatomy for newbies, I learned a lot, or so I feel) The increased force causes microscopic tears and the body needs to heal with new fibres being added when building blocks are available and in abundance(protein, nutrients), causing growth.

Please help me and the others interested determine if ADS are worth using.
Look forward to your replies, I expect a slating from some, but I know there are people who don’t use them. Myself I am undecided for now….
