To all clampers out there:
I’ve recently started clamping and would everyone’s input. Here’s the routine I’m using right now:
5 min hot compress
Stretch out, down, up, down and left, down and right (one minute in each direction) (Repeat 3x)
Clamp 10 min
5 min hot compress
What does everybody think of this routine?
Also, how tight should I be setting the clamp?
Any other information anybody has for me is appreciated. Cheers.
