I’ve recently started clamping and would everyone’s input. Here’s the routine I’m using right now:

5 min hot compress
Stretch out, down, up, down and left, down and right (one minute in each direction) (Repeat 3x)
Clamp 10 min
5 min hot compress

What does everybody think of this routine?

Also, how tight should I be setting the clamp?

Any other information anybody has for me is appreciated. Cheers.

Make it 10 min hot compress before you start clamping.. (a real good warming up will expand your dick better and will prevent injury)

I follow this routine:

1 make a 50% erection,
2 put the clamp on and click it half tight.
3 Then massage to a 80% erection.
4 Then a real hard 3 seconds during kegel followed by the closing of the clamp (as tight as possible).
