Aha, I created the thread moving the post. For what it matters.

Anybody who wants help a newbie and answer questions will get good karma, if anybody helped you it’s time to return the favor and if nobody helped you than you remember how much that sucked. Also future mods are picked from guys that are helpful, we don’t need Guru’s just guys that have some knowledge to share with the newbies and answer the same sometimes dumb questions over and over because most newbies want instant satisfaction and don’t want to use the search feature. You can’t get mad at them because they have discovered the Holy Grail of PE here at thunders place and are very excited.

^^Duly noted. I remember when I first got here. Quite the experience. A whole bunch of information thrown in your face at once and you got to weed out what is useful to you and what isn’t.
