Probably the easiest way to hang straight-out is to sit yourself in a chair and suspend the weights over the front edge of the chair - use a magazine or newspaper to stop the rope cutting into the chair. If you prefer hanging in bed you can achieve a similar angle by propping yourself up with a few pillows into a seated position.
For a true BTC, the penis should be drawn between your legs - like a Fowfer - so it points toward your ass! One way to achieve this if you prefer hanging on the bed is by using a wrestler’s stretch. Simply get on your hands and knees on the bed with the weights suspended behind you over the foot of the bed. When you’ve eased into the weight, slowly increase the angle of the stretch by sitting up on your heels. Do this slowly and a little at a time - it is quite intense but will give you an unbeatable BTC!
