To tell if you are getting a good jelq stroke

Is this a good way to tell yourself weather your jelq stroke is good? Jelq with one hand, and with the other, place one or two fingers on the head and feel it expand. Is this a good way to tell if your stroke is good?

I generally jelq hard enough so as to feel light pressure in my penis and glans . I’m still gaining , so it must work for me .

I continuously imporve the way I jelq - I feel it becoming more effective over time. I can’t say whether it in all is good what I am doing, but its sure getting better from day to day.
