Trouble with dry jelqing?

I was trying to dry jelq the other day and didn’t really seem to have enough skin on my shaft to do it. From that, it seems that one wouldn’t be able to dry jelq if you’re circumsized.

It depends on how “tight” the circumcision was. Some cut guys have enough shaft skin to do dry jelqs.
