Does anyone else do this?

I’ve been doing a stretch that seems to make my dick wicked sore. I pull a bunch of the skin up to the head with one hand. Then, I grab the base with other hand. After this, I lean down and pull my dick up towards my chest with the hand at the base.

So basically you stretch out with other and pull up with other hand?

You do stretch out from the penis, not the foreskin, right?

You stand up.

Bunch all the skin from the base and bring it to the head using the left hand.

Using the right hand you grab the base.

The left hand releases its grip.

Now, you bend over (your torso should be at least parallel to the floor) and pull from the base using the right hand.

Seems to me that it’d just stretch the skin at the base and make that sore rather than the ligs :confused:

It seems that way, but I don’t think that is the case. When you bend down to touch your toes notice how your dick retracts back into the body.

For this stretch, you don’t even have to pull on your dick to feel it. I’ve been doing this for a few days now and my flaccid hang has improved. Try it and see what you think.

Walter, I would assume that the bending motion creates a back wards pull whilst the grabbing hand at the base creates a frontwards pull, sound practical in that it will create some sort of tension like pulling in two directions, backwards and frontwards. Where do you feel the greatest tag

You are completely correct. You are essential pulling in two directions. This is the most painful stretch I have ever done—even much more so than Blasters—when it is done properly. You have to make sure that alll the skin is pulled up from the base before you bend over. You’ll feel it right at the base. Let me know what you think.

Wow , I tried this last night and my god what a stretch and it feels like its more than skin definetly. I am going to incorporate this into my routine, hopefully it helps a lot. Hey if this stretch gets support by the members, cant you officially give this stretch your own name?

I might do a similar stretch, but I do it with two hands and I usually do it straight down, although it can work straight out or straight up. I call it the two hand tug.

First, I take my left hand and get a tight overhand grip (thumb around the underside) just below my glans. I pull down with that grip fairly hard. Then with my right hand I grab very tightly around the base with an overhand grip, but with my thumb over the top, so now the thumb and index finger of one hand are facing the index finger and thumb of the other.

Next I pull straight down hard with both hands. The combined strength of the two hands pulling hard in one direction really yanks at my ligs deep inside. When I pull out or upward I can really feel it in my tunica. I usually squeeze some blood out of my glans, like hangers do, so my dickhead isn’t under too much pressure.

A variation of this is to turn either or both wrists slightly as you tug, so you get both a tunica stretch and a lig stretch — kind of like DLD’s double fulcrum. If they’re close together, the two hands will meet and create a sort of hinge, with the thumb of the bottom hand rolling over the index finger of the top hand and stretching the tunica. As I do that I press the thumb of my top hand deep into my ligs and stretch them.

I realize it’s probably hard to understand this description. I’ll try to create a picture, but Microsoft Paint is pretty limiting. It’s about time my wife let me buy a digital camera anyway.

Walter, that stretch is super, I tried it out last night and I think I got a similar experience like Watchout. I would say it is a tunica stretch focused more on the inner penis. The alteration of your standing angle to a backward pull/frontward bend really does it.

I will try it out for a few months and see what outcome I will get, have you been able to register any gains with it ?

I’m glad you like my “mile high” stretch—I call this because it will make your hard ons a mile high. I’ve only been doing this for less than a week so I haven’t measured any gains. I can say that I’ve hung before for a little while and that was a piece of cake next to this stretch. I’ve been doing 15 min sessions a night. The other night though I noticed that I wasn’t feeling it at all. But, when I did some btc stretches they hurt like a sonubich which is unusual. Then I tried the mile high again this morning and it worked again. I’ve never felt an ache like the one it gives before.

I just want to report that I’ve been using this basic grip to stretch several different ways and I’m liking it. I do the bent over stretch that you described, Walter. It can also be done lying back on a couch or something and stretching the dick as you pull you knees up towards your chest. It pulls something way inside. I’m not sure what, but I’ve incorporated the stretch into my routine. (Maybe someone with a better understanding of lower abdominal anatomy has tried it and knows what it’s stretching. Feels like “anchor points” to me — whatever those are.)

But that basic grip, where you grab a bunch of skin way down around the base and pull, works for other directions too. I do the grab with one hand, and then as I pull straight down, straight out, or straight up, I take my free hand and push or pull to help the gripping hand with the stretch. It really intensifies it. I don’t think it’s good for stretching tunica or ligs along the dick shaft, but it does hit ligs and whatever else there is around the base and further inside the body.

I think you’re stretching the skin rather than the ligs. Try a V-Stretch instead. It works the ligs a lot better.

Nope. Not skin. I’ve tried it. If done as he describes, it certainly isn’t stretching skin. In fact, by gathering all the skin up it precludes the possibility of stretching it.

I should amend that. Almost any stretch stretches some skin. In this case, the skin that gets some stretch is around the base of the penis instead of around the shaft. However, that bent over stretch, or “mile high” as walter calls it, is tugging at something else way down in there. When I do it lying down pulling my knees up I can feel it behind my balls all the way down my perinium to my anus. It may be the PC or BC muscle then. I apparently need to review Westla’s article.
