I do fulcrum hanging: I let my penis make a 90-degree angle over a rod. It wears it out, makes my measurements smaller for the next 12 hours, but then it bounds back and I usually measure more than normal.
A variation is to simply manually bend it over a rod, without the weight. This is tiring on your hand, but you can do it any angle and thus work all parts of the tunica. I suppose this is similar to a V stretch, but having a hard rod to bend it across I think gives the tunica more of a massage.
