yea, im a new member and i was wondering if anyone had any good tunica stretching exersizes. i just read the “LOT” theory and found that mine was at 6:00 or so. also do ligs have any correlation to jelqing.

I am pretty new to PE, but from what I hear stretching in all directions will help stretch the tunica. I think you should stretch at your LOT, but am not too sure about that.

Where did you get that name from?

Stretching ABOVE your LOT is the way to go for tunica gains. Straight out or straight up.

Make sure you read up and search for info as much as you can.

I am super paranoid when it comes to stretching I like to hit all angles thoroughly. In the very beginning of my program I did a stretching routine like this:

Down to the left: 30 second 100% hold
Down to the center: 30 second 100% hold
Down to the right: 30 second 100% hold
Downward 360 Rotary cranks: 30 turns

Straight Out to the left: 30 second 100% hold
Straight Out to the center: 30 second 100% hold
Straight Out to the right: 30 second 100% hold
Straight Out 360 Rotary cranks: 30 turns

Straight Up to the left: 30 second 100% hold
Straight Up to the center: 30 second 100% hold
Straight Up to the right: 30 second 100% hold
Straight Up 360 Rotary cranks: 30 turn

This took alot of time but it also covered all my bases. I made incredible initial gains during this period too (from 6.5-8.5 over about 6 months). Today I still work with a similar stategy to stretching. Although I now exclusively do Blasters with an A-Stretch I still try to hit every angle.

Can you do Blasters for that kind of rutine? Because i think that after i stretch my ligs (by stretching below my LOT of 8:00) i will follow that kind of rutine in order to attack my tunica!

Could you please explain the 360 rotary cranks in a little detail, I am confused about those. I just started PE and in a little over two weeks I have seen a .5” gain in length which makes me so happy I can’t explain. I was wondering since I have a lot of about 6.5-7, whether it was worth it for me to do the blasters. Or should I do the blasters straight out or straight up, or also should I do the blasters just with an A stretch. Thanks a lot.
