Turn Off Or Down Sympathetic Nervous System

So I randomly ran across a post (which I can now not find) and it mentioned maybe turtling or those who are growers have more of a sympathetic response vs a parasympathetic tone.

Example, of there is a drug or some way to change from the sympathetic tone to parasynthetic tone more thjs a larger hang and really better blood flpw since the vessels are now not consrricted as.much because the body is in less of a flight mode trying to redirect blood and adrenaline elsewhere to survive.

Any thoughts?

This is definitely interesting to me. Maybe related or not, I’ve noticed in my lifetime much more of a shower and lower hanging.

Could simply be aging. Or I feel just a general sense of confidence, well being and success.

My brain and body don’t spend much energy on fight or flight. My muscle mass and body tone have declined since my 20’s when I was less self confident and more aggressive, but my package has increased in every way. Partially to general posture and body confidence. Of course over 10 years PE has benefited as well. So to support your post here. Without any true data, my experience may support your ideas.

Part of my quest is to have much better flaccid and manlier hang (shower).

The dynamic is interesting for sure.

I have 3 sons, 2 Id say were more showers and 1 not as much. The 2 alike had the same style.guillotine foreskin circumsim (much more foreskin)the other son had the style I think like a hat they trim around (less foreskin). My one son is more like me and I somehow speculate some of this stems from circumsim. Maybe.

TLDR(too long didn’t read): For better flaccid hang work on PE results, utilize some continuous, low level tissue swelling from regular jelqing, clamping, squeezing and/or pumping and consider regular use of a PDE-5 inhibitors, like Cialis, which is long acting.

I’m not sure if there is a way to target turning down sympathetic tone in a way that would result only in a better flaccid hang and not cause other unwanted side effects. I was just responding to the Flomax thread where the poster saw some breakthrough gains while temporarily on the medication to pass a kidney stone. I thought it might be an interesting experiment to replicate if someone were so inclined, but I myself wouldn’t seek out a prescription to test the theory. Not sure if the effort is worth it.

I was thinking that if it did work, it might be that there is some degree of involuntary muscle relaxation during a session that enables some gains that would otherwise not occur as quickly. On the other hand, the gains might be temporary while on the med.

I’ve done a few things that have increased my flaccid size, though flaccid size has never been my motivation.

The first, of course, is to exercise to make a bigger penis. There has been a bit more flaccid size because my unit is bigger from gains. Seems like the flaccid gains (on average, since there is so much flaccid variation) for me have relatively increased more than erect gains.

Another thing is to jelq, clamp, squeeze or pump regularly on an ongoing basis on a schedule that keeps you somewhat engorged in the flaccid state. This might be every day or every other day, or whatever seems to work for you. Some of this is related to enlargement results over time, but I think a lot of the day to day result it is related to interstitial edema/ soft tissue swelling in the penile tissues.

Finally I’ve started taking a low dose of daily tadalafil (Cialis). I don’t have any issues with ED, but I love taking it. I prefer Cialis to other PDE-5 medications as I don’t get a headache like I do from Viagra, and Cialis is long acting compared to Viagra. I take 6mg per day, but I’ve also tried 9mg every other day. It’s nice to have on board all the time as it is fun to get super hard any time of day or night, and multiple times a day when the occasion calls for it. Fortunately, it also has many other beneficial systemic effects, like mildly decreasing blood pressure, helping reverse obstruction from an enlarged prostate (if present in an older guy), and possibly having beneficial effects for exercise, cognitive function, fat loss in diabetics, and anti-inflammatory properties.

Plus I have a bigger flaccid hang almost all of the time because of it. Again, not my goal since I can’t remember the last time I was naked in front of anyone but my wife, but nice to notice. It’s also pretty easy to fluff. Gotta be careful with this though, as in the wrong situation you could seem like a real creep…

Now that there are so many online sources for legit, legal, affordable Cialis, it might be something to consider.

In terms of sympathetic tone, relaxation in general is helpful, along with less caffeine and other stimulants.

You can’t turn off the sympathetic system, nor would you want to do so. The body depends on a balance between sympathetic and parasympathetic tone to maintain normal, healthy, dynamic function.

There are many drugs to decrease sympathetic tone by targeting different sympathetic receptors. The list is too long to mention, and the various meds do lots of different things to different body systems. Most have both positive and negative effects.

For example, I take a low dose beta blocker to decrease my blood pressure by reducing sympathetic tone at selective receptors. I’m not hypertensive, but I believe low dose beta blockers are valuable for increasing health span for a number of reasons. But one challenge with then is that some guys have ED from beta blockers, especially at higher doses. Turns out parasympathetic tone helps keep you from turtling up, but too little sympathetic tone prevents you from getting excited and erect. You stay erect with parasympathetic tone, but it is a sympathetic nervous system jolt that causes you to ejaculate.

So it’s a balance that is always fluid and both are necessary.

Thx for the input. I hang and clamp as.well.as.fulcrum stretch.

Im approaching 6 months of hanging and really, only the last weeks been at 10lbs. So in theory Im just now conditiined with the weight Ive needed all along. I suspect the next 6 montjs will be where a lot of visual gains kick in.

I clamp as.well.and have worked up to 30 min set. I just release the clamp a little every 10 min then reestablksh a full clamp.

Its kinda remarkable how the dick protests so much to permanent deformation, id never guessed that fucker was so stubborn!

I also mentioned how nice it looks from waking from a nap. Must be parasympathetic tones while in REM.
