Uli excersise variation
I am a newbie to PE (2,5 months) but I am also an impatient guy. I started with some routine that was very close to the newbie one you got here.
After 1 month of PE I found this site and I became a member. I’ve seen some gains but I think that for now they came just from a better EQ.
I ve not seen my veins become so thick since I was much younger (I am 37 now).
I have a healthier life for the last year , I eat better food and I workout a little and I think that helps also a bit.
Now to the point.
My starting stats are just a liiiiiiiiittle bit bigger than the average (from what I’ve seen in researches).
Now I am 6.6” BPEL and 4.8” MSEG (at my best EQ).
So I am focusing on girth but of course some length would be welcome.
After many variations on on-off days and programs I think I am sticking to this one.
3 days on 1 off
5 mins warmup (warm towel)
5 mins basic stretch
And 1 more exercise depending on day
Sometimes I do Uli’s some days I do an exercise to fix my downward curve.
I ‘ve read that the way to do the Uli is this.
You get an erection to 100% and then you make a tight grip on the base of your penis.
So it seems that you go to 110%. After 30-60 seconds you let go. If your erection drops in the process you could kegel to “pump” it up.
What I have tried is this.
After the tight grip, I lightly pat it continuously (for as long as you want) from the downside. I could say that my erection goes to 120% !!
It does not drop and you can have it like this for as long as you want!
Of course I don’t do it for more than 30 secs cause I want to try it slowly and to not make any damage (I am newbie after all).
It be nice if someone with more experience could try it and say if it is recommended or not.
