ULI or not to ULI

Hey whats up! Been experimenting with the uli#3. I notice when i do the squeeze for the one second then ease up on it for the next one my 3/4 erection shrinks after each squeeze, is this normal?

Also curious if it would be beneficial to do a hard kegel then squeeze. Is this a real exercise? Does anyone else do this, and can good gains in girth be made by this technique?

Yes, to shrink (for me) and yes to the kegel. Probably most do kegels before the squeeze. To maintain the erection, if you are not doing it already, trap the blood by using your other hand, and grab at the base with an “ok”.

It’s THE exercise for girth gains :) There are a few threads regarding it on the board. It’s a risky thing to do if you are not experienced enough, so it’s highly recommended to read first what it’s all about.

Found out about the ULI thing but I am sure there are some exercises/rotines to go with it.I am sure you guys know.Wanna let me in on the secret?

Can someone please explain the uli exercise. I keep hearing about it. After trapping the blood at the base, then what do you do????

You squeeze as tightly as is possible without causing pain. You should feel like you are getting a stretch from inside out. Another variation is to get mostly erect (what I do) squeeze off at the base with your one hand as close to the body as you can….as tightly as is possible and then keeping the tight grip ( you should already feel some expansion) pull forward slightly. If your grip/squeeze is tight enough you should only be able to pull your hand forward about 3/4” or so. This pulling makes it an even more intense exercise. NO, the pulling doesnt do anything for length…strictly girth. Thats all I personally want anyway.

Men could you explain me how many reps of uli is a well conditioned PEer supposed to do in a routine and what is considered to be a rep??

3 months later ( January 2011) : BPEL 19 cm ; EL 18 cm ; MSEG 14 cm ; BEG 14,5 cm FL (hard to say if it grows due to size shifting of the soft state.. The same as before or bigger!) ; FG 11 cm ; BPFSL 19 cm***all hard sizes taken @ my hardest and doing a kegel***Goal: cementing a round 18 x 14 hard coupled with a good EQ.

Sort of a lose/lose situation lol
