update and possible red spotting remedy
I was having some spotting problems with my routine, but the spotting magically disappeared, my skin healed quicker, and my dick just has been feeling healthier despite putting in over three hours a day PEing since the 18th.
Since I started winter break (Dec. 18), I have been doing on average of four hours a day of PE if you count every little thing I do throughout a day. I actually do PE all day now in 45 minute sessions spread out throughout a whole day being that I have the free time. Pump, clamp, bend, pump, clamp bend, pump,….. I have been maintaining about close to 5.7EG throughout a whole day, and 5.5EG seems cemented. At this rate, if I hit my 5.8EG cemented goal by Jan 12, then I will have gained over half an inch of girth since Sept 08.
About the spotting, well I started using this lotion that my mom bought as Costco in bulk called Aveeno active naturals. The active ingredient in it is Dimethicone !%.
It could be something else that is causing this, but appears ever since I started PEing with this lotion, I don’t get spotting or as much discoloration during intense workouts. I have been doing a lot of intense bends and different bending variations after I clamp in between pumping. I can’t say for sure if the lotion is making the spotting go away, but I haven’t been doing anything different and my routine has been more intense and long then ever. So it doesn’t really make sense why I can’t get any spotting no matter how hard I squeeze or gain. The lotion may be worth looking into.
