Update
Well I haven’t made any progress to speak of over the last six months or so. I was suffering from depression from injuring my back and other reasons all adding up. I lost a bunch of weight and 1/2 inch in length (even more depressing). Well, two and a half months ago I decided to say “Fuck this bullshit” (literally) and get my act back in gear.
So I started hitting up the gym/PE again very slowly. I even started a PE log. I went from 75 jelqs with 5 min of stretching to 340 jelqs with 10-15 min stretching. I haven’t noticed many gains but my erections are defiantly better and I am close to where I left off.
I also started physiotherapy to heal my back but I am still not back to my original shape. Anyways when I started physio the therapist told me that ligaments cannot stretch and that only muscle stretches. She then handed me a teraband and told me to use that for assisted stretches. Little does she know that I cut it up and use it to stretch my ligs (hanging). Which brings me to my next point that teraband really is way more comfortable (uncut hanging at least) than the cut up rubber glove I used to use.
Finally, I am going to continue my PE log and with the ever increasing intensity. I am slowly going to start hanging more and continue with jelqing until 500 reps x 5 seconds/60 thus = 41.67 minutes of jelqing. Today I also went over to the auto store and bought a vacuum pump. I then attached it to my fish siphon and pumped for 10 min at 5 Hg” after stretching and 95% of jelqing. Then followed with the rest of the jelqs to finish off. I plan on keeping a schedule similar to this. Currently I do a routine every second day. When it becomes to long from hanging and the like I will split up the stretching onto another day.
Currently I am wondering if stretching should never be stopped. As when stretching muscles you never need to stop or else you will lose flexibility or in the case of PE length. Thoughts/comments anyone?
