Not sure if something like this has been asked before, and I’m too tired to do a search..

When you’re done with your length exercises, do any of you make yourselves erect right afterwards just for the hell of it?

Since I’ve been focusing on tunica stretches (I don’t hang yet), I obviously stretch straight out, stretch straight up, and sometimes I even pull all the way back against my waist/abs..all the way up to the naval.

Immediately following the stretches, I noticed that if I make my dick hard, the erection is much firmer (i.e., it feels “ROCK” hard instead of just “regular” hard). Also, instead of the erection angle just being straight up at its normal 11 or 12 o’clock position, it goes straight up and even back a little..as in closer to my waist… (more of a 1 or 2 o’clock angle).

What’s more, the erection appears to be a few cm longer. Don’t get me wrong, I’m not measuring or anything right after each stretching session.. I’m just looking at it and can tell that it’s a little bit closer to my naval than it would be in more normal circumstances.

It could just be my imagination, I’m not sure (though I hope it’s true, heh).

Of course, this apperance, where my dick looks slighty longer, is only temporary and fades away after a little while, but I’ve started using “these immediate post-PE erections” as a means of indicating whether or not I just performed a set of stretches efficiently enough.

You see, a few nights ago I was tired and didn’t want to do as much stretching, and I noticed that my erect length was not as close to my naval as it had been after a more intense/longer session the following nights.

I know these immediate erections aren’t a realistic means of tracking gains, but would they be good for indicating the effectiveness of a session?
Or is this just an absurd concept I’ve fooled myself into believing is true?

What’s more, this “slightly longer erection right after PE” finding has given me the idea of doing a session RIGHT before having sex with my girlfriend, so that my dick is at a slightly longer length (as well as firmer)..though I haven’t tried this yet for obvious reasons.

Oh and, while we’re on the topic of erections right after doing length exercises, what about the effects of getting an erection right after a PE session at any rate? Any benefits at all as far as length gains/blood flow or anything, or does it do nothing?

Why not? Check it out. Measure before and after a workout and see how much BPEL and BPFSL change. Please check this and report back.

Maybe. For most guys a PE session tends to temporarily reduce the capacity to get a super erection. BPEL measured right after a workout can be misleading. Your dick may be bigger than “normal” from all the exercise or maybe even the opposite if he’s worn out and feeling rebellious. I think BPFSL is generally a better indicator of temporary length increase immediately after a session since this measurement is independent of erection quality.

What is your LOT?

Ive tried this and found that I can be a bit longer after doing some stretching but really not by much (maybe .05 inches).

I would also add that if I measure after jelqing I often find myself a bit thicker.

I don’t think post-PE temporary size is really an indication of a successful workout. Remember, a gain of 2” length per year (which is excellent) only translates to about 1 mm per week - certainly not even noticeable or even, for practical purposes, measureable.

An indication of workout success is when you make your measurement every 2-4 weeks or so. :)

So wadzilla…I guess then it would also be safe to assume that getting an erection after the completion of a bunch of length exercises does absolutely nothing for your dick, except maybe further exhaust it..

No, I didn’t say that. I simply said that post-PE temporary size isn’t really a true indication of how effective a workout was. After my workout, I often try to get a raging hardon so I can do some holds or a few careful erect bends. I also believe that it’s healthy to encourage erections - the blood flow & tissue expansion, etc.

My LOT is a pathetic 6 o’clock…or maybe 7..which is still low as hell.

At 6 a tug is visually noticeable, but I feel it at 7.

Yes, I get a tug even when my dick is pointing straight down.
