VacExtender waist-wrapped

Hi all

To wear the VacExtender all day I use a waist-wrap, which is very comfortable.
I noticed that every ~2 hours it starts to bother a little, so usually I move it bending the penis in the opposite direction (every 2 hours left, then right, then left again and so on). In this way I really can wear it all day without any problem.

I wonder how many users here do use a vac ADS waist wrapped, and if this arrangement has some effects upon its effectiveness.
Do you wear it continuously on the same side?

I change sides every time I need to use bathroom.
