I have not really heard about it being a problem, however, it is a drug. There certainly aren’t a whole lot of drugs out there that do not build up even a little tolerance. The problem I have always thought of with Viagra and similar is that even if you don’t build up a physical tolerance to it, you may build a mental reliance to it.

I definitely agree with the mental part. I took some liquid C today. It was 14 days since my last dose. I try to limit it to once per week max, but it is just so tempting and enjoyable. My wife just ended her period a couple of days ago. I fucked her a couple of times and all was fine, but in my mind I think ” I want to fuck her better next time”. So I take the Cialis, and I have this boost in confidence, like I am superman all of a sudden. Sometimes the sex is so great with it, and other times it really isn’t that much different than if I didn’t take it, except for the mental edge.
