PEweights & loose fitting pants and you’ll be ok, I bet. I’ve been using golf weights. They’re more noticable when you’re sitting versus standing. Monty’s PEweights are probably more stealthy than golf weights, but I haven’t tried them, yet.

RBM, do you have a progress log or something equivalent somewhere on the forums? And if not, do you mind sharing what you have done so far to gain?

Your gains seem to be very fast for such a short period of time.

As for the weights and stretching. I am an elementary school teacher so I really don’t sit very much with my very active students I have to keep moving. I was thinking that lil one’s simple ADS may work if I wear boxers.

Before I found Thunder’s, I lurked on the betterman.com forums for a while. I started the newbie routine there and I’ve stuck with it even thought I don’t go there anymore. (The membership here is larger, there are more posts, etc.) There isn’t anything special about that routine, just warmup (& warm down), stretching for ~10 minutes total, and jelqing. I’ve added a little more stretching and a couple more sets of jelqing to the routine as I’ve become conditioned. On my 7th week I started hanging using a Captn’s Wench (I’m up to 12 pounds x 20 minutes x 3 or 4 sets). I also started using golf weights for an ADS on week 7. I wear them practially every waking hour. I usually hang for 5 or 6 days/week. The jelqing routine usually is 4 or 5 days/week.

I’m just incredibly lucky, I think.

Here’s my “training log”. As you can see, my gains have slowed, and taking almost 2 weeks off didn’t help.

One other thing: I’m not trying to direct traffic to the other site that I mentioned. Thunder’s Place rocks!

Want some feedback from you guys on balls. I have seen some pics of guys doing PE and their balls are traveling up their longer shafts. Instead of hanging nicely there is a bulge on the underside of their dicks. Maybe I am mistaken.

Does anybody in here ever have that problem, or seen that problem? My balls are fairly tight- even when they are warm. I really want low hangers because I think that would help the exit angle on my dick to be lower as well. Right now the shaft comes out almost straight, partly because my balls are holding it up. It seems that low hangers would help get the look that I want- almost like the elephant trunk that godzilla refers to in his thread seven.

Are there any tips on helping the jewels to hang lower and to help get the exit angle of my dick lower too?

Time an element that can not be ignored. You have to give time to this stuff to get results that will keep you going. An ADS will provide that time element. Then add in what other time you have for heavy workouts on a sporadic basis and the ADS really works. My heavy workouts are determined by the family logistics. I may get a heavy hang session daily, then I might only get 3 days a week, but through that I’ve had consistent gains in the area of 3/16 to 1/4 per month. That’s whats been happening for me. You might experience different results, perhaps better. The point is an ADS will augment your routine for better results usually. I think an ADS is the most efficient when time is an issue.
