I agree Bro, it’s amazing I’ve been doing my routine with clamped edging and squeezes and I’m horny as hell now and my erection quality is much better and I’m convinced edging increases testosterone levels. Plus my dick is hanging way fatter again.

Dino, what size did you have before PE and how much you gained? As I understood, you did some remarkable gains?.

And an important question to me - how much did you gain in a “flaccid” state? What do you think affected more on this parameter?

That is so true,I just started clamping after my hanging sessions and I’m hard 70 % of the day ,even if the wind blows I get a hard on.

Bignik - that’s great! :) Just be careful, because if you go a little too long in the clamp, you can end up in the opposite state, with a weak penis that needs extended recovery.

Sorry about that I didn’t even notice it posted twice.

Ten minutes is perfect for the average semiconditioned penis, but not much longer.

I go by the tourniquet rule of no more than 15 min, usually just ten to be on the safe side with other exercises to get that good pump.

sixish X 5ish. When I’m clamping I will keep a really great flaccid size all day, can’t say how much flaccid size I have gained because it changes all day depending on caffeine intake and mood and weather. Plus I don’t really ever measure flaccid:) .

Thanks for the input Dino, I have found what you have shared to be true even in my own experiences. My erection quality is definitely not as high as it used to be when I was more active and to be hoenst wuth you I am getting a new punp and getting back to the good old pumping session which brought me much. Welcome back and best wishes for your program.
