I wish it was true for me. I lost nearly 40 pounds and didn’t really see a noticable increase. My weight loss happened pre-PE (late last year, early this year), so I wasn’t measuring, but it sure didn’t seem like it made a difference.
Maybe my weight distribution was the reason. Then again, psychology being what it is, maybe it did get bigger but I didn’t want to notice, or I hadn’t noticed that it had gotten smaller during the years I went from 140 pounds to 220. That would have been an admission of how out of shape I was. (Yes, 140 was way too thin but I was a runner, I’m shooting for a muscled 170. I’m 5’11”, small frame.)
AH: Good luck! Just try to focus on losing the next pound, not the 60th pound. Just remember that you didn’t get heavy overnight, so don’t expect ot lose it overnight, either.
