Weight rings after pumping, girth sessions and restdays?
I have a few questions about weight rings I just invested last week from our PE mate monty :-)
Okey. I do fulcrum stretches.. now with the rings. Start with 1 ring then one by one and finish with 5 rings on in all directions.. then I wear 1 ring and 1 end ring direct after my stretching session.
Now what I wonder about :-D
When I do my pumping sessions with jelqs for example.. should I wear the rings after pumping session too? To keep what I have created thru my pumping session or any girth workout?
And should I wear the rings on my rest days?
You know! Girth work = Restday
