It seems that it could be an effective stretch.
Basically, while slightly plump, you twist your penis in either direction and hold for 30 seconds.
I dunno if someone has already written about it. And my searching has only yielded discussion about naturally twisted penises. Not intentional twisting as a stretch.
Any thoughts?

Heres a few of my thoughts:
The TWISTS as you call them have been thought up a couple years ago, we call them BUNDLED stretches (do a search for bundled stretches in the advanced search feature). The theory is that these stretches can really work the tunica most effectivly. Some people have had success with them and others have not. I used to do them a long time ago but never found really any success from them (I even hung weights while doing bundling a few times but that really lead anywhere either, I was a newb then trying things that I wasn’t ready for), but damn they sure are intense for a manual stretch! You actually can basically bundle/twist almost any manual stretch you do (JAI, A-Stretch, V-Stretch, basic stretches, Rotary/Helicopter, etc) for added intensity to the stretch. Give it a shot if nothing else is working but I would also warn you that everyone is different and if you do too much when you’re not ready for it with any form of PE then you are just overtraining/overdoing it and that can actually slow your progress for gains.
