I said I was going to set a new, larger goal but I’m not 100 % certain that I will. Either way I’ll most likely never completely stop :)

What about “continue slightly past my original goal, and then do a maintenance routine”?
I find that when I make gains they often come over a brief period of a few weeks and then subside slightly so that’s what’s been working for me.
