What can I do to get the best recover for my penile nerves?

Hi,

do you have any suggestions what I can do to regain my sensitivity?
I stopped all hanging and I would like to lose no gains (if i have made some small ones).

What good things can I do for my nerves?

Red light?
Healing lotion?
Pumping?
Jelqing?
Kegels?

I best thing is probably nothing and just let them heal and regrow, kegels won’t hurt

Yeah man, lay off all the exercises and just let the nerves regrow, that’s sound advice.

I had the same problem in October. You will recover, I did. Just stop all PE for a couple of weeks. Also refrain from sex and masturbating if you can.

When you start up again, make sure you take rest days and listen to your body. I went all out for the first 3 months and paid the price of loss of sensitivity. I didn’t lose any of my gains and now am doing PE again. I am wiser now and have learned from the vets (like Twatteaser, who helped me through my scary event).

it seems to be necessary especially for us (or at least me) with a penis which is affected very fast by overdoing to go on slowly with PEing……
