Where are my manners? I guess I can try and help you out, after all, we are about the same starting size with roughly the same goals. Don’t get me wrong, there is plenty of information on just about anything on this site. But a little guidance does go a long way.
I have yet to hang but I have read up on it, and that seems to me the best way to get length gains. I always wanted to stay away from it, but since my length gains have slowed way down, I am considering the option. It might be just the boost I need to get to where I want to be. The only problem is making/buying the right hanger. If you have an idea of what you want, then go for it.
I have tried pumping before but quit before making any type of gain. This was before I joined Thunders and before I really knew how to make my dick grow.
Manual streching is how I got my gains to date. I just recently started applying Jai’s and inverted V-stretches to my routine as well. I rarely jelq anymore since I took up clamping at te beginning of January. I might sneak in a few dry jelqs in between clamp sets once in a while. A lot of folks on here say that heat is important for warming up and cooling down. But since don’t have any type of heat source to use other than warm-hot water I find standing at the sink really annoying. So I usually warm up in the shower and/or get an erection to get the blood flowing. Some folks claim that that is good enough.
My workout looks like this:
1. 5-10 mins warm up
2. 1 set 10 mins clamp
5 mins light dry jelqs
3. Repeat 2 more times (total 3 sets of each)
4. Manual stretches in all directions ( 1 min each direction - Repeat 2 to 3 times)
5. 5 mins Jai stretches
6. 5-10 mins Inverted V-stretches
7. 5 mins cool down ( massage the penis)
For my V-stretches I use a piece of stainless steel tubing, 3/8” thick, which I bent in a loop and made a handle. I don’t know where you’d find such a beast, as I just grabbed the material from work. It works really well, and I feel a great stretch.
I do this routine currently on a 1-on, 1-off basis. Looking at switching to a 5-on, 2-off routine after a couple months. I’m just geting the feel of clamping and trying to maximize my expantion.
If your dick is conditioned enough I would suggest you try this routine. I should have started this a few months back, but I took a little break and started up again with the newbie routine and was seeing gains. Anyway, hope this helps. Good luck on your quest!
